Magenta silk edged in green, printed in diamonds and abstract blooms.
- Green borders on magenta, a contrast most sets avoid
- Geometric diamonds alternating with abstract botanical shapes
- Gold and mustard accents lifting a vibrant base
The print
Magenta is the base, green is the edge. A continuous rectangular border of repeating abstract floral shapes runs along the dupatta, which prints densely, while the top stays moderate and lets the ground show. Geometric diamonds alternate with the botanicals, and gold, white and mustard appear as accents through both.
Styling
Magenta and green is a confident pairing that photographs well in daylight, so it earns its place at a festive lunch or a day wedding. Keep the border whole at the dupatta edge and stitch a simple kurta, or the two colours start to argue. Gold jewellery, and a green or gold clutch to close the loop.
