Light that glows
through painted leather.
In Nimmalkunta, the families behind Tholu Bommalata — Andhra Pradesh's leather shadow-puppet tradition — shape lamps and wall art from goat leather treated to a parchment-thin translucency. Each piece is hand-painted with bamboo pens in natural dyes and hand-perforated. Lit from within, the leather warms and the painting comes alive.
Our pieces are made by State Awardee artist Raghavendra and his unit. Lamps in four forms, leather paintings from tabletop to lifesize — every motif, size and colourway customisable, to your brand if you wish.

Forms & sizes — every motif works across the line
Intricate figure-work is best from 13″ upward; the smallest sizes (6/9″ standing, 5.5″ wall) suit florals, peacocks and geometric motifs. Everything else replicates across forms and sizes.
The hands behind the glow.
Every piece is drawn free-hand and painted by the artisan unit of State Awardee Raghavendra — no transfers, no printing. The leather is scraped translucent, the outline laid down in natural dye, then filled, perforated and assembled by hand. This is who and where your order is made.

The Lamps
A curated selection across standing, wall-mount and table forms. The full range is in the order sheet; any motif can be made in any size.
Leather Paintings
The same translucent painted leather as flat wall art and figures — tabletop to lifesize, and as long or wide wall panels. A natural fit for the Indian-diaspora gifting and décor segment.
Leather String Puppets
The art Nimmalkunta is known for — translucent goat-hide puppets, hand-cut and painted, lit to glow. The Ramayana cast anchors a strong diaspora-gifting and gallery story; lifesize 58″ figures read as statement décor for hospitality and retail windows.
The Christmas Tableau
A ready-made export capsule — leather lamp pairs in festive silhouettes and palettes, built for Western gifting and seasonal retail programmes. Sold as sets of two.
Choose the story on the leather.
Any motif below can be commissioned on any form and size, in your colourway. We lead with motifs that travel well across UAE retail; devotional and narrative work is available for gifting and diaspora ranges.
Pick a starter set — we'll sample it and quote FOB.
A typical opening selection mixes a few wall-mounts, mid-size standing lamps and one or two statement pieces, plus a small painting set. Tell us the mix and quantity; samples and an FOB India quotation follow.
Almost every craft,
across every room.
This is the heart of the range: India's textile crafts — Sanganeri and Bagru block print, Ajrakh, Batik, Shibori, Kantha, Kutch and Khambadiya embroidery, Barmer appliqué, patchwork, jacquard and ikat — applied across cushion covers, pillow covers, bedsheets, quilts, curtains, throws and runners.
Because almost any craft can be made into almost any product, a buyer builds a whole home range from one source, in one order, made to spec.

Craft × product — what we make where
Most crafts run across the full home range. Two deliberate exceptions: leather is offered only as cushion covers, and torans (doorway hangings) come only in Kutch work.

● available · – not offered · all combinations made to order in your colourway
Each technique, from its home region.
Every length here is printed, dyed and embroidered by hand — carved teak blocks and natural dyes in the Sanganeri, Bagru and Ajrakh clusters, indigo dyed in the pit, and aari and kantha needlework worked freehand. No screens, no machines. This is who makes your order.

Two worlds of leather:
classic, and embroidered.
Full-grain leather hand-cut and stitched in Jaisalmer — clean work, everyday and travel bags. And an embroidered range where leather meets Kutch hand-embroidery on Mashru silk, alongside Rajasthan's Kambadiya and Banjara traditions.
Classic pieces are made to order and blind-embossed with your brand; the embroidered slings come in dozens of styles and colours. Everyday retail, statement gifting, and private label.

Everything by hand, start to finish.
Hides are measured and cut by hand, stitched, then hand-embossed on a wooden block — the same step that carries your brand mark. On the embroidered range, Kutch, Kambadiya and Banjara mirror, thread and shell-work is stitched onto silk and set into the leather.

Classic leather, and the embroidered range
Classic finish in a deep brown range with blind-embossing and private label; embroidered slings in Kutch, Kambadiya and Banjara work across many colours.

Hand-knotted décor,
built for the boho home.
Macramé is a contemporary craft — and one we make in-house. At our Vasai unit near Mumbai, artisans knot each piece by hand in cotton or nylon cord, from plant hangers and wall art to runners, rugs and swings. No looms, no prints — just knots, and a clean, current boho look that sells across coastal and modern interiors.
Every piece is made to order: any colour, any size, your own designs, and your brand if you want it. Light to ship, easy to range, and priced to move in volume.

Product families & typical sizes
Cotton for a soft natural look, nylon for outdoor and high-use settings. Colours, sizes and patterns are all customisable — sets and bulk packs are our default for retail and gifting.
Knotted in our own unit.
Unlike most of the market, this isn't bought-in stock — it's made by our own macramé team in Vasai. That's what lets us customise colour, size and design to your order, and keep quality consistent across a large run.

Signed by the hands
that made them.

Gifting, feature walls and collectible décor — across a wide price ladder, all made to order and private-label ready.

Provenance you can name.
