White Cotton Kota Doria Saree, Leafy Vine | Bikhraav
A crisp white with a green vine — fresh, not fussy.
Direct from master artisan Haq Nawaz, Kota — finished in his unit.
A leafy vine with bold green stems runs across a crisp, sheer white Kota Doria cotton.
Why this piece
Light and semi-sheer — the open cotton weave stays cool and near-weightless; wear it over a petticoat with a fitted blouse for full cover.
Green does the work — bold leafy stems give a plain white freshness without a heavy ground colour.
Pairs with anything — an airy white that works with almost any blouse you already own.
The pattern
A floral and leafy vine with bold green stems, touched with blue and yellow, is placed across the white body. There is no border — the vine is left to carry the length on its own.
The fabric
Kota Doria is a cotton khat weave of tiny square checks you can see against the light. It is semi-sheer by nature, which keeps it cool for summer and office days.

Is this white Kota Doria all cotton?
Yes — cotton in the open khat (square-check) weave, which is what keeps this white piece light, semi-sheer and breathable.
Does it have a border?
No — it is left without a border, so the green leafy vine carries the length on its own.
How sheer is it, and how should I pair it?
It is semi-sheer. Wear it over a petticoat with a fitted blouse; a white or nude petticoat keeps the ground even.
Does it come with a blouse piece, and how do I wash it?
Yes, an unstitched blouse piece is included. It is hand-dyed, so handwash gently in cold water and dry in shade; with gentle care the green holds on the white.
