White Cotton Kota Doria Saree, Pink Floral Sprays | Bikhraav
A crisp white lifted by a few dark-pink sprays.
Direct from master artisan Haq Nawaz, Kota — sprays worked in his unit.
Sparse dark-pink floral sprays sit across a sheer white Kota Doria cotton.
Why this piece
Light and semi-sheer — the open cotton weave stays cool and near-weightless; wear it over a petticoat with a fitted blouse for full cover.
Restraint — a few asymmetric pink sprays, not an all-over pattern, so the white stays open.
Everyday-airy — light enough for a full working day.
The pattern
Dark-pink botanical floral sprays are placed sparsely and asymmetrically across the white body, with a minimalist straight edge. The spacing keeps it quiet — colour where you want it, white everywhere else.
The fabric
Kota Doria is a cotton khat weave of tiny square checks visible against the light. It is semi-sheer by nature, which keeps it light for summer and long office days.

Is this white Kota Doria all cotton?
Yes — cotton in the open khat (square-check) weave, which is what keeps this white piece light, semi-sheer and breathable.
How much embroidery is on it?
It is restrained — a few dark-pink floral sprays placed sparsely across the white, not an all-over pattern, so the ground stays open.
How sheer is it, and how should I pair it?
It is semi-sheer. Wear it over a petticoat with a fitted blouse; a white or nude petticoat keeps the ground even.
Does it come with a blouse piece, and how do I wash it?
Yes, an unstitched blouse piece is included. It is hand-dyed, so handwash gently in cold water and dry in shade; with gentle care the pink holds on the white.
