A scalloped border frames sparse white florals on a bright yellow Kota Doria cotton.

Why this piece

Light and semi-sheer — the open cotton weave stays cool and near-weightless; wear it over a petticoat with a fitted blouse for full cover.
The scalloped border — a wide, decorative scalloped edge gives the yellow a finished frame without a heavy pallu.
Office-ready — airy enough for a full workday, polished enough for meetings.

The pattern

Small white florals sit sparse across the bright yellow body, and the length is finished with a large, decorative scalloped border — the border is the signature, the body kept open.

The fabric

Kota Doria is a cotton khat weave of tiny square checks you can see against the light. It is semi-sheer by nature, which keeps it light for Rajasthan summers and long office days.
